Biz Moms Code of Conduct

Biz Moms is a welcoming professional community where moms can connect, learn, collaborate and grow without pressure.

All members agree to:

  • Treat every member with respect, dignity and consideration.
  • Help create an inclusive space for different backgrounds, experiences and business stages.
  • Protect the privacy of personal stories and conversations shared within the community.
  • Build relationships through genuine introductions and conversations — not aggressive or unsolicited selling.
  • Communicate honestly and professionally, without harassment, discrimination or harmful behaviour.

Members may introduce themselves and their work during designated introductions and relevant conversations. Persistent sales pressure and repeated unsolicited messages are not acceptable.
